Silverdale Farm is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Horticulture Assistant / Junior Garden Manager. Set across 260 acres, our stunning estate features beautifully maintained gardens, paddocks, and grounds, offering an inspiring setting for someone ready to take the next step in their career.
This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed a Certificate or Degree in Horticulture, and is looking to apply their knowledge in a hands-on, high-end garden and landscape environment. You’ll have the chance to develop your skills alongside experienced professionals, with room to grow into a leadership role over time.
What we’re looking for:
A qualification in horticulture (Certificate III, IV or Degree)
A strong interest in garden management, sustainability, and landscape care
Willingness to work outdoors and take pride in maintaining immaculate grounds
A great attitude, eye for detail, and readiness to learn and grow
